Christmas Magic

Catch Creative Christmas Performance on Saturday 8th December at Belleville School, METEOR STREET.

We will be holding 3 short shows throughout the day. Please see below to find out what show your child will be performing in.

Tickets can be purchased on the door CASH ONLY.

£5 adults, £3 under 16’s.

If you have a child/children in more than one performance you only need to purchase tickets for one show. All Catch students can watch any of the performances for FREE.

SHOW ONE

  • All Meteor Site Classes - Monday Infant and Junior Drama (Miss Abi), Tuesday Musical Theatre (Mr Jonathan), Thursday Infant Ballet (Miss Emma)

  • All Senior Classes - Thursday Senior Drama and Thursday Senior Contemporary (Miss Emma)

SHOW ONE INFORMATION

TIMETABLE FOR SHOW ONE 9.30am - Students arrive through the main entrance, sign in and make their way to the dressing rooms. These will be found by entering the hall and going through to the far exit (the teaching rooms/after school club). Helpers and teachers will be there to look after them. Please make sure they arrive with everything they need. 9.45 - 11.00am - Dress Rehearsal for Show One. 11.00 - 11.15am - Doors are opened and tickets can be purchased. 11.15 - 12.15pm - Performance for Show One.

Students will need to leave with parents after show one promptly as we have the next groups of students arriving shortly.

Costumes - Poem - Christmas jumper, black leggings and bare feet. Hair neatly off face. Play - All - black shoes and trousers or skirt, with white top that has been muddied/grubby (think Victorian urchins!) flat cap and neckerchiefs or other extras optional!

Also for the following characters- Scrooge (Miles)- a formal coat and top hat (we have a top hat he can use) Bob C (Oliver) - a waistcoat Mrs C (Daisy) - an apron (we have one that she can borrow)

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL STUDENTS

COSTUME, HAIR AND MAKE UP

Hair should be neat and tidy and off the face, All hair past the shoulders should be tied back. You may have been asked by the teacher to wear hair in certain way.

Make up is optional. If your child wants to wear some sort of character make up that is fine, but please check with the teacher as it may not work if they are performing in more than one piece.
